I am almost 47 years old and I feel the same as I did in my 20’s. The only difference is that now I have a team in place to keep me together. I am a wife, a mother and a fitness enthusiast all wrapped up into one.

I have three children, one in college, one in high school and one in middle school. They are all active and play sports, so we are a busy family. I am blessed to have both of my girls work out at the studio with me. I love sharing my love of fitness with them. I graduated from Western with a degree in education. I taught 5th and 6th grade before staying home to raise my children and taught preschool once they were school age. I have been the owner of Fit in 30 for almost 4 years. During that time I have picked up some additional certifications.

I am ACE certified to personal train, I am Tabata certified, I am RIPPED certified, and I am TRX certified. I love to learn and I feel if I am going to offer a class I should have a good understanding of how it is to be taught. I am a middle aged mom who loves her family and loves her job. I try to create an environment that empowers women and helps them to feel good about themselves. I am approachable, encouraging and realistic.
