TRX Suspension Training in Battle Creek, Michigan
TRX is a total body training tool that uses your own body weight as resistance. TRX straps are great for strength, stability, core and balance. A great option for working your entire body. You determine the level of difficulty making it a great option for all fitness levels.
We currently offer this class on Wednesdays at 9:25 for our Senior and Beginner Class. TRX straps are incorporated into our daily circuit as well.
